Liarne has worked for me for over 4years, aboard Crescendo, as a contract and catering chef. During this time we have had to cater for some very discerning guests and owners. I have worked as a Captain in the superyacht industry for 30 years and Liarne's food is some of the best, both in presentation and taste. She is very organised when it comes to provisioning and menu planning and is able deal with the odd requests and sometimes last minute parties of owners and guest without getting flustered and maintains her sense of humour throughout. She is also very useful on deck assisting with all aspects of running a boat.

Galley Kitchen has been our sole caterer here at Savoy Charters since 2015. In that time we have found Liarne and her team to be exceptionally reliable, professional and discreet for the vastly different clientele we have on board Savoy. Although Liarne is an outside contractor she has fitted in seamlessly with our permanent crew and plays a pivotal role in delivering the 5 star service that we pride ourselves on. Nothing is ever a problem, the food is always beautifully presented and prepared and we have never once had a complaint about Galley Kitchens services. Would not hesitate to recommend them (though we would really rather keep Galley Kitchen to ourselves!)
